Why does the Abertis ethical channel exist?

To strengthen integrity in our way of acting

This is a secure and bidirectional channel that promotes collaboration between the Ethics and Criminal Prevention Committee and the Abertis employees in order to protect the company’s ethical culture.

To guarantee the confidentiality, security and integrity of communications

Only the members of the Abertis Ethics and Criminal Prevention Committee have exclusive access to the ethical channel. This guarantees integrity in the handling of the complaint/query, ensuring that it can be securely traced from the time it is initiated until it is resolved.

We protect the anonymity of any employee sending a digital complaint/query.

Who manages the Abertis ethical channel?

The Ethics and Criminal Prevention Committee will handle the complaints and queries. Its members are subject to the principles of honour, autonomy, confidentiality, objectivity, equity, audience and non-reprisal.

What can be communicated?

Any person who has a relationship with Abertis may consult or report allegations regarding possible irregularities in the compliance of applicable regulation.

Which are the internal Abertis regulations?

Abertis is endowed with internal regulations for the management of its activities. All these internal regulations are aligned with the Group's Code of Ethics. Within this regulation, it is remarkable all that related to the prevention of corruption and the way in which Abertis manages its ethical culture.
